Assessment of stages, lighting, audio system, temporary structures & Form WR1

• We provide consultancy services on the safety requirements for events and exhibitions according to relevant codes and practices. Past projects include gala dinner, exhibition, conference, indoor/outdoor exhibition, concerts. Our service includes:

  
  

  Structual Safety Consultation:

  Consultation on building safety for structures erected for any events or exhibitions

  Application for Licence:

  R.P.E, R.S.E endorsed consultation in support of applying relevant licence

  On-site Inspection:

  Endorsed surveying service to inspect structures, temporary structures, exhibition booth, truss etc. for any events or exhibitions

  On-site Test:

  Load Test and examination on hoisting, lifting system, mechanical equipment involved in the events or exhibitions.

  Site-Inspection / Safety Certificate:

  Provision of site-inspection reports and safety reports on-site.

  Issue Form WR1:

  Issue a Work Completion Certificate (EMSD Form WR1) after inspection and testing
